more involved in your community, connect with other members, and forge
new friendships. It is also a fantastic way to teach children about
compassion and caring for others.

Here are a few simple ways to make a difference:

Host a playgroup for siblings to give a mom extra time with her new baby.
Provide a ready-to-eat, frozen, or oven-ready meal (or simply bring pizza).
Help with doctor visits.
Babysit and let a new mom take a nap.
Drop off milk or diapers.
Be a friend.
